ASP.Net ecommerce site update  

I need a site just like this, which sells the exact same products and has the exact same content. However, I want it to look better and convert better. I will give preference to those who know how to build a better converting site and one with good SEO.

Please mention your experience building sites that convert and SEO in your response. Also, please give me a realistic bid. I could do this myself but I simply don't have the time, unless the bids are unreasonable. Thanks!

We sell bent glass decorated with vintage ephemera images which we produce. Items total maybe 500 pieces. That would be the only catalog on the site for now. We would need to update on a continual basis.

Looking to possibly develop a long term relationship to update site with new backgrounds and graphics every few months too keep things fresh.

0 to 10 items...maybe with a drop down. Each item also needs an "add-to-cart" option...and/or an "add-to-cart" option for the entire listing of all products.

We might want to add freight charges too. Freight charges are based upon the total order value. (There are currently 9 brackets...but I probably need to add more). Although immaterial in the freight calculation...a zip code will be required before the freight is calculated.
