more minor fixes to my website and host transfer

Hello,
I need to make some minor updates/changes to a few websites I have as follows:
1. On the very top of my homepage on my site nocreditcheckhouseshomes com there is currently an image that looks like text and needs to be changed to text. I am referring to is where it says, " No credit check owner finance rent to own houses homes" at the very top of the home page.
2. I will need my site Prohomebuyers com changed from one web host to another. Also I will need for you to add the ability for me to edit the entire page including the footer of this page and not just most of the page as it is now.
3. On my site dwiattorneyslawyers com at the very top it is there is currently an image that looks like text and needs to be changed to text. I am referring to is where it says, " Dui Lawyers and Dwi Attorneys" at the very top of the home page.
