I am looking for a Custom phpbb/vBulletin Sports Template based on a college team (that team will be revealed to the freelancer chosen for the project.) The forum is going to cover all the major sports at the school but I would like a focus on football. It should be a pretty simple project for someone who knows what they are doing.

I will still have my own points and info to give you, on how I want it to be page per page. I will give in full detailed text on each page and sometimes I will even unclude jpeg photo on how the page should look.
The site will be fully custom made, and must have an ADMIN panel where I can controle each aspect of the script.
