Simple flash programming

Hello, I find some programmer who can develop simple flash programming ( flash .exe ) following my requirement . The purpose of this program is rtmp player ( rtmp player url will provide from me like rtmp://202.129.205.192/live/channel01 ). Program will have 3 section , On the left side it will show button to select channel (TV1 - TV6 ) , On the middle It will show player for customer to view streaming and on the right side it will show chat box for customer to chat .
1. when user open program . they must be enter username and password for authentication ( I will provide you for database server information )
2. chatbox is allow all person to chat (no login require).
3. rtmp player must able to view in full screen mode .
4. Good design is need !!

Turn Image Into A Simple Flash Animation
in the header moving up and down, it doesn't have to be that detailed, it can be really simple I just need it to have the impression of the crowd moving around
I also need a small light flashing in the background

Simple Flash Animation
Hi,
I would like a very simple flash banner created...with 3 slides. Each slide will have an image and text. It is for a corporate website, so style of animation can be simple.
You can see attached jpegs for an idea of the slides. They are not 100% completed, but something along those lines.
