Transition of a website - need to create temporary page

Hi there
I am currently managing the closure of a website and am looking to get help with the transition. I understand wordpress and can supply all the content from the existing site but need help with the design of a temporary home page and pages linking off.
Home Page will feature 3 links off to articles and a contact form.
Please can I have quotes for a 5 day turn around. This is a critically urgent project.

I need a psd mockup of a website
