Implementation of new design, amend form and fix background
Required skills: HTML, Java, Javascript, Website Design
There are 3 components to this project.
1. DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION: I have recently had a new design made for the logged in pages of my website, Employeewarehouse.com. I need this design applying to the other logged in pages. The change is very simple and consists of three additional boxes to the right hand side of the page, an underlined title and resizing of the existing page contents. The site is split into Candidate site and company site. Candidate site has yellow theme and company site has blue theme. I attach the design files for the Candidate Profile page and also powerpoint slides to show what each page will look like.
In addition to applying this design, the drop down links in the boxes (show more/show less) need fixing as they currently only say "show more". When expanded, it should say "Show less" and the downward arrow needs to point upwards.
For the company pages, the yellow boxes will need to be amended so they are blue and also the yellow text should be blue also.
All internal pages will need to be amended into new format (total 13 pages).
What I will provide to you: I will provide the design files for the candidate profile page (profile.rar) and powerpoint slides (design implementation.pptx) showing what each page should look like. I cannot provide ftp/ssh or source code for the site. The login details for the site are: user name ielk2001 @ yahoo . co . uk and password kovacs1. You will need to log in and get any html code needed from the live site.
2. AMEND FORM FOR COMPANY "CANDIDATE SEARCH" PAGE: In addition to applying the amended design, the Company Candidate Search page needs to be put into the same format as the Candidate Profile page (design code attached). I also attach the powerpoint slide (company candidate search page draft.pptx) to show what this will look like.
3. FIX BACKGROUND FOR LOGGED IN PAGES: There are some issues with the site background when logged in. I atttach a powerpoint slide (background issue.pptx) showing this. The site, when logged in, has a patterned background that goes across the page. However, when the page is long this does not tile down the page properly. Secondly, across the center (content) part of the screen, there is a white background that appears semi-transparent and shows the underlying pattern across the screen. This doesnt align properly in some pages, especially when there are forms with drop downs. This needs fixing.
I am hoping that because the design work has already been done and that design files are attached, that this will be a fairly quick simple job for an experienced programmer.
Regarding output, I don't want my live site changing, but instead require complete set of design files that I can provide to my existing website developers to implement into the existing website.
Due to previous timewasters (awarded project and then he failed to communicate!) I'm hoping to make a quick decision to the right person and get this work done quite quickly.

Need 57 Php Forms Converted To New Design
1) Recreate forms to adhere to new stylesheet and design.
2) on each page form, capture the field data in php and insert to a mysql database
3) create the mysql tables and export to me.
4) create an output page that retrieves all data entered base on a unique id.
It is very important that these forms match the stylesheet and format of the new site.

the bottom (for several pages, I'll tell the winning bidder which ones).
So, a pretty easy and fast job overall.
One more thing - to bid, you should have graphic web design experience. So, please attach the links to several web sites that you did which show good graphic design skills.
This is primarily not a technical job, but an artistic one.
I am prepared to pay USD50 for everything.

Integrate new design into existing website NEED IT FAST
fterwards you should upload the result. It can be that some scripts don't work well, that should only because of wrong rights or that I have uploaded the script in binary instead of ASC modus. This is because this is a copy of the site and I have installed it not that long ago just for development purposes.
