We require an experienced game designer to help us with the design for a new game.
We have a reasonably clear set of requirements, these need to be fleshed out and then expanded into a proper game design document.
It is expected that the successful applicant will need to carry out the following:
1. Take our core requirements and flesh these out by conducting thorough research against our main competitors.
2. Advise on how the game play can be strengthened.
3. Advise on possible approached to the development of the game (e.g. technology, tools, artwork, etc).
We would be particularly interested in candidates who can show some game designs that they have already done.

Online Game Design
I have a basic idea for an online game.
What I want is someone to take that idea, flesh it out and write up a full and detailed game design document.
For an idea of what is needed in a design document see the attached file.

D&D type online game design
boys and girls without parents: just like him. Turns out the commodore is into human trafficking. Ricky escapes with the kids, Turtle Bill, Rebecca, and they sail into the night pursued by the commodore's fleet. Ricky is the only one who knows the location of the island but his main quest is to find his dad and reunite his family.

e have laid the foundations for the game designs. We are looking for someone who can add in more details: light effect, shadow, action animations, special effects everything.
