Abstract:
Allow user to register online and once registered, user can input a “shared” key to any email address. System shall log the entry for reference and then trigger email send to selected email address. If receiver comes back online and enters shared key, it should trigger another email notification.

Additionally user should be able to modify profile data + be able to search through list of “shared” key.

You can send your suggestions in PM if some other platform than DotNetNuke is to be used.

There could be very minor variations in terms of look and feel, like colours, positioning of blocks etc, otherwise this the maximum scope of work in terms of functionality.
