3D Rendering 65 meter Superyacht 1 Featured Projects, identified by a label,

I am looking for some one to turn my 65 meter Yacht Design into a 3d rendering, I have completed all three deck layouts in "aerial form" including having a helicopter landing on deck. The Yacht has 3 decks with a swimming pool and helicopter landing pad. This has been attempted before and dramatically failed because bidders are trying to use CAD and I do have the proportional sizes, it is just a design to sell the idea.
There are no drawings, this would suit an Illustrator, painter or even a hand drawn design to start with, if this is produced digitally it has to be "freehand". Once the design has been initially approved the budgets will be unlimited.
The S XPRESS and Accomodation Deck are my designs.
I had one freelancer bid and awarded job, all was going well and then just silence after I paid a milestone payment as a gesture of goodwill so now am very sceptical of this concept of payments before work is finished.
