I will invite the person who gets the job to have edit access to a google docs spreadsheet. The spreadsheet has some headings and sample data already in place to give an idea of what I'm after.
I need a reverse calculator that will allow a $ amount and/or a % amount to be profit after all eBay Paypal fees and shipping have been calculated.
Item cost + shipping cost(if any) + $ profit and/or % profit on the item price + shipping cost + All fees = eBay sale price floor.
There is also a profit loss calculator needed, it will take the actual sold item price and subtract the eBay, Paypal, and shipping fees.
Actual item sale price - ebay fees - paypal fees - shipping fees = profit/loss
I want numbers like the .05 eBay listing fee and the Final Value Fees taken as data from a cell so that it is changable at any time by entering new rates in the appropriate cell.

The script is required to locate today's date in a range of cells, then move the sheet so the column with this date is in the main view. todays date will change depending on the day, perhaps a call tot he pc's clock to avoid time zone issues, hopefully google docs has a inbuilt current day date.

Once they've submitted their choice once, they can NOT vote again.
(preferred, but not essential)
the user MUST NOT be able to modify any of the text in the spreadsheet, the only person who can do that (and who can view all the answers) is me.
I have no idea how/where you store the votes (I guess in a separate spread-sheet?), so I'll go with your advice.

basically i want to run a google search for a keyword phrase and then pull the number from the google search results page where it typically says "About 6,760 results (0.15 seconds)" underneath the search box. ideally i would only want to pull in the actual number "6,760" and not the other text.
