NEED A PRIVATE SALES SITE +CUSTOMING AND INSTALLING 3 SCRIPTS

NEED SOMEONE TO DEVELOP BEAUTIFUL FLASH/PRIVATE WITH 4 DIFFERENTS SECTIONS: TRAVEL SALES, APPAREL BRAND SALES, HOME DECORATION SALES AND TASTE SECTION. Someone can only access the website through membership. Non members can request for invitation. Once they join, they start getting emails weekly or daily on highly discounted items sold through time bound sales. The sale gets over in 36 hrs or week time and then the next sale starts. Once a member, the user can browse current sale as well as see the upcoming sales. This site must have all the functionality of a private sales travel site as Jetsetter and all feature of gilt.com or Myhabit.com. Very important: all the site must be translated into English and French. You will have to design also our FanPage (Facebook, Twitter and Youtube). We will need to have also a mobile site and 4 flash banner (2 in french and 2 in english) and 4 standard banners (2 in french and 2 in english) which we will specify the dimension later. My budget is limited, so bid according to my budget because we can’t accept more than what you see and No Front payment. You have to show us the product and we will pay for that, thanks. We will send other detail later.
The website needs to be secure and protect private user data. No copyright laws/ intellectual property rights should be broken. Also, you will have to build everything: The logo and the banner from scratch. Everything must be nice and very well make, I don’t want cheap stuff. The program language is Python web framework-Django or Cake-PHP. After every thing build, you will have to send me the entire file used to build the site, to custom the script and all the source code in ZIP FILE.
Delivery delay maximum: 40 days

Milestone payment schedule as outlined below:
- 5% on completion of requirements discussion and work on project coding.
- 20% on first version with functionality and no bug: Site + Mobile site + All FanPage
- 20% on development completion with hosting setup for private sale site.
- 20% once the yelp script, the fiverr script and the Etsy script, is design and install on the
server +FanPage design (Facebook, twitter and youtube) + 4 banners for yelp scrip, 4 banners
for fiverr Script, 4 banners for Etsy script
- 35% one month after launch with no bugs detected

We are looking for someone who has already built a site similar to this in Magento Community edition or Python language. We would reply only if you have done similar work before. YOU MUST GIVE EXAMPLES OF A FLASH SALES WEBSITE YOU HAVE DONE IN THE PAST. We will also have On-going work/maintenance going forward but this will be based on performance and initial engagement. The work needs to start ASAP.
NB: We will need also your help for install and design our Yelp script, Fiverr script and Etsy script. You will install it on the server. This 3 script will be integrated in the private site on the menu bar. You will put a link which will redirect user to these 3 pages. This 3 script must be very very very well design and customise. We will send you the script once you finish the private sale site. The script must be verified by you to be bug free and to be sure, it will work very well. This part is also include in the price range 1500$ to 3000$ . We need someone who will communicate regularly and let us know how the project progress. If you can’t or you don’t speak English fluently, please don’t bid.

I need a MMORPG Game site
