Looking for both a designer and programmer to create a template for Joomla as per the attachment file.
Migrate existing contents to new site (PM me for existing website address)
To create a plugin to create new user, allow them to top up credit using paypal and also to registered their pre paid card number to top up their credits
To upload and manage pre pay card number , amount and assigned to members by admin backend
To manage account for top up through paypal and pre paid card code.
To manage clients from backend
Website to integrate with social media function like facebook page, like and comment function
Include SEO function for permalink, google analytic codes, link with google sitemap
Project in 3 Phases:
1)Design and build of Joomla Template
2)Migration of existing website into new Joomla template with SEO function, contents
3)Creation of plugin for CRM function with purchase of credits through paypal and topup card module.

We will require completed website to be installed on our host servers and have complete admin access to amend in the future. Therefor the layout and website must be easy to update.
