1.The project consist of 2 phases, phase 1 is a task monitor and phase 2 is process scheduler. The deadline of phase 1 and phase 2 are 3/10 00:00 (GMT+8) and 17/10 00:00 (GMT+8) respectively.
2.You should develop the project under Ubuntu 10.04 platform.
