I am looking for someone to provide me with copy and a full sales package for a new website that will be targeting people looking to move to a new city. The closest site that I can offer you to look at would be www.bondnewyork.com . I am looking to find someone to do all the copy work and have everything ready before I select my website designer. That way the designer will not have the excuse that they are waiting for copy and such.
Needs:
Copy for all website pages
Copy for a Facebook page
Copy for Twitter to last through a sales and marketing period for the site
Copy for Twitter to do during the launch
Sales Package - we will look to have at least 4 different levels for packages... Please ask questions if you are not sure about anything... This will include design work for all sales packages
Marketing Strategy - I would like to discuss this and go over the sales and marketing strategy for the website.
Logo Development (optional) - this will be based on your expertise, we are just looking for a clean and simple look
I also urge you all to ask me questions so we can add to this anything that is missing to make it more complete. I know I am asking for a lot on this project and although the price may be considered low to some, this is my initial projects and if all goes well, I have two others upcoming based on the result and finish of this site.
Please do not bid without submitting a link to view some website you have done or a portfolio link, if you do your bid will be deleted. Also, I will hold winning bidder to the timetable you quote... If I delay in responding to your question you will be given double the time added on to the project timetable that it takes for my response... each week delay will relate into 10% decrease in payment (please note one day to seven day delay is considered one week... eigth days to fourteen days delay is considered two weeks... etc.. )
