I am looking to have a script designed that will find high PR websites that are DO Follow.

The script must be able to pick sites that users can either create profiles on and leave a link, comment on a blog, or post in a forum.

I would like this written preferably in PHP.

*A fresh list of at least 20-25 forums are needed every month. Legit lists only - not scraped from free lists available on the internet, that everyone else is using, or that are extinct.
