Copywriting for Real Estate Website Featured Projects, identified by a label,

Looking for a great copywriter to quickly provide copy for a rental real estate website, based in Sydney Australia.
This isn't a difficult or time-consuming job but requires a good wordsmith with creative thinking.
There is a lot of existing copy to work with from a previous version of the the website.
Some pages we require rewriting from other websites to match tonality of this website.
There are a couple pages that we will supply bullet points of information needed for you to create copy.
We also require 10 starter blog/ news tories but these will be an easy rewrite of existing stories.
We want concise compelling copy, with SEO in mind.
I am seeking a native speaker only, preferably someone with experience writing Australian copy & real estate.
You will please need to show examples of your work. To ensure I select a Freelancer I am confident can do the job I will select 3 finalists and provide them with some copy to rewrite to then select who I will work with.
I require this turned around quickly, preferably within a few days of receiving the job but please let me know your timelines.
I have attached a site map and copywriting brief (with an example of supplied copy for rewrite) for your reference but will supply more detail to the winning bidder.
It must be an easy and pleasurable working experience for us both.

Wordpress Real Estate Website
is not a need, just a wish. I would like to be able to have google ads for real estate in each city, or county. I would also like to be able to sell each city or county page to a real estate agent, so I would need to be able to have a generic city or county page, then a design for an agent active page featuring an agents information.
I think information for the cities could be scraped from some other real estate site. Then I would need to hire someone to reword it for me.
