Develop an open-source technical solution document to be incorporated in a proposal to deliver website redesign services. If you win the freelancer bid, AND we win based on the proposal that incorporates your technical solution, we will consider negotiating a teaming arrangement with you as the technical lead to build the redesigned website. The requirements for the site are below. After these see the deliverable for the technical solution document. REMEMBER THIS PROJECT IS TO WRITE THE TECHNICAL SOLUTION DOCUMENT FOR THE REDESIGNED SITE; NOT FOR THE ACTUAL WORK TO REDESIGN THE SITE (at least, not yet, hopefully!)

- website design that reflects the organization's mission, draws people in, and makes it stand out peers on both a regional and national basis. This design should include custom design elements and allow users to access information easily from the homepage.
- Photos and collages related to the organization's services (media supplied to you)
- Design should have a consistent look and feel throughout the site to make it easier for website visitors to navigate the site and find information they need.
- Use of Cascading Style Sheets to ensure future consistency as well as separation of content and design and to allow for the application of a new design theme in the future without the need to redevelop the underlying website.
- Section 508 Compliant making it accessible to persons with disabilities.
- Design should incorporate easy-to-use drop down menus to help users quickly understand navigation and locate information with the least amount of clicks.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Content Management System: Contractor will implement a content management system that is simple and easy for non-technical staff to utilize.

Site should include Web 2.0 features such as RSS feeds, etc.
