Smartphone App  

We need a smartphone APP for our website and organization.

We need documentation for each aspect of the Application.

possible ways:
a. Take a picture of the hotel key magnet strip or bar code with your smartphone which would then activate the hotel room same as the hotel key card to open door. Or,
b. The hotel front desk scans the smartphone same as they would scan the hotel card and the app is activated same as the hotel key card to open door.
Please tell me if this can be done, how you would do it and how much would the programming cost.

We would like to build an iphone/ipad/android phone/android pad smartphone app, using titanium, as the user interface of our website on those smart devices.

All functions should be the same as the web interface.

For the photo upload part, user can select the photos from the photo gallery or take a photo using the camera.

Build a smartphone (iOS + android) app for bus passenger such that they can specify which bus stop they will get off and the app will alert them when they reach the prior bus stop.

GPS is used to detect whether the passenger reach the prior bus stop.

Why a mobile website? Why not a native app?

The reason we want a mobile website in html5 is that it can be viewed on all types of smartphones. For all intents and purposes, the end user will regard it as an app - it will have an icon/button on their smartphone screen and they'll access the 'app' that way.
