Simple Animated Product Demo for iPad

I'm attaching a 'creative brief' with the project description and overview with enough information for an accurate estimate. However, here's that same info without the wireframes. Thanks for looking guys!
Overview
The purpose of this app is simply to provide information about Selfhelpwork’s programs to consumers via an iPad ‘Kiosk’ to be displayed in retail stores. The application will consist primarily of a ‘Home Screen’ that will provide four buttons to access each of the 4 product demonstrations. Selecting a button will begin a PowerPoint-style demonstration with simple animated transitions comprised of text and graphics. The user will be provided navigation between slides in the form of either a button or by swiping the screen. Each demonstration will be similar in nature between the products as they all contain the same fundamental components and will be timed to read-through in approximately 90 seconds (per demo). This brings us to an estimate of approximately 6 to 9 slides per demo, for a total of between 24-36 screens that will require animation. The application will not pull its data from an internet source, requiring that it be compiled and packaged with all necessary assets.
Deliverables and Our Requirements from Your Team
Selfhelpworks will provide your team with all of the creatives necessary to compile the application. This includes text, graphics, animation guidelines, and storyboards detailing each and every slide and transition. This would effectively leave only the programming of the user interface and animated transitions as a requirement for your team.
We would intend to work closely with your development team in the beginning to establish strict guidelines for those deliverables to ensure that your team gets exactly what they’re expecting to work with, with the hope to eliminate any scope creep.
Timeline
A deadline for delivery of the application has been established as October 1st, 2011. Selfhelpworks will provide all completed assets by Monday, the 19th of September.

I am a canadian distributor of this one product (litter robot)
I would like a simple basic product page for the item.

Web App development, for iPad/Android tablet:16 screens
should work on Android tablets as well, so the best choice would be an HTML5 package.

simple calculator for iPad and iPhone
We currently have an app which d we like to add a 2-page simple calculator ( scholarly impact factors).
The 2-page calculator is a micmic from an existing app (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/water-footprint-calculator/id464576524?mt=8&ls=1). We like to use the same flow, same UI, and same button.
We will provide source code of our existing app. You should deliver to us a complete app (including the 2-page calculator).
