Hi there,
My name is Jeremy. I produce and contribute to a YouTube channel called Variety Garage. Our videos are usually comedy skits, short films and mini-documentaries. Our videos can be seen at http://www.varietygarage.com
We have a logo and a short motion graphics intro that can be seen at the start of almost all our videos. However, after a break we are relaunching the channel and thus need a new but similar 5 second intro.
We have a concept but are happy to work with you on ideas. The Variety Garage brand has an established style that can be described as a bit raw and unpolished, a bit retro but quirky and interesting. We have our logo in .png for you to work with and need the final video to be in 1920x1080 progressive in a high quality codec.
Our colour palette is usually brown, beige and cream.
Please look at a few of our videos, get a feel for our style and see what you come up with for the new intro.
It will be a creative and fun project, and we look forward to working with you.

ven though our budget isn't huge we are wanting to test freelancer and also develop a relationship with someone for our up coming promo advertising.

second video intro that will be used for our travel videos. the project will involve some moving 3D objects as well as some simple graphics. I have the logo that I want to use built already. The concept would be to start with a map of the world slam to pins in the destinations we have been. Then have the map wrap and morph into our logo as it spins and comes forward to settle on our logo. I have attached our logo for your convenience.

The outro will be very similar. My website is a hockey website so if you can add on some hockey related things like an animated hockey puck hitting the screen or an animated player body checking the screen (something like that) that would be cool.
