Motel Links - Affiliate software with tracking pixel

Below is the a summary of the sites functionality and platform followed by an outline of the software I want built and its capabilities.
The website (Motellinks.com.au)
The website is an accommodation directory, the customer has the option of searching for a destination, when the results come up they are given an opportunity to be linked straight to the individual properties website and book online (this gives the property commission free bookings)
The site is currently being converted from drupal to wordpress
Software outline:
The most important thing is a tracking pixel : If we can track when a person goes from the properties listing on Motellinks.com through to a properties website and books then we will be able to charge a higher fee per conversion than just per lead... if it is possible to make this fee a commission rather than just a dollar figure per booking, that would be even better.
The site needs to be able to cater for thousands of properties... (5-10 thousand) with the flexibility to be expanded in the future
What I want to see:
There are a couple of different things I want to be able to see, all of which are very basic
What regions are being searched for the most/least
How many properties on average each visitor is clicking on (we plan to charge per click as well)
The properties which have paid/ havent paid their invoices and which properties are our highest/lowest earners
What I want the Property to see:
It would be ideal if they could see something like what is available through Google analytics
Impressions and actions regarding their listing
How many people are clicking on their listing v’s how many book online via there site (conversion rates)

Note: The actual variable names and structure will more than likely be different in your system.

Tracking Pixel for Video Files (WMV MPG AVI FLV)
where on the internet that video file is played our system should be able to track it.
When the last frame is played, the tacking pixel calls our server URL
Our server tracks how many times it has played and the IP address.
User can upload video on our site (or download the software) and it will output the video with the tracking pixel embedded and they can track it on our website.
