8 page PSD to HTML. 7 page HTML CSS Adjustments

The look of the new site and the old site are largely the same, but the underlying HTML/CSS is different. Pages created for this project should all be coded to match the HTML of the NEW site. To see the HTML coding style of the new site, view the source of any page at http://bmdavi3.dyndns.org. A good example is http://bmdavi3.dyndns.org/lift_financial_aid_types_of_financial_aid/
Part 1:
Create new HTML pages for the 8 attached .PNG images. The source .PSD file is attached for your reference.
Part 2:
Convert the HTML pages below to use the coding style and graphical shell of the new site. The contents of the big white box is what you'll be converting to the new coding style in each case. For example, see part_2_example.png for the desired look for the login page.

Requirement 1:
Every page must pass with 0 errors / 0 warnings in HTML tidy. I'll be using the Firefox Plugin available at http://users.skynet.be/mgueury/mozilla/ to verify your compliance. The icon at the bottom right must be a green checkmark.
Requirement 2:
No html tables may be used on any page, except the vol_registration.php page, the service_location.php page, and the servicelift_location.php page.
Requirement 3:
Use .PNG files for images instead of .GIF or .JPG
This project needs to be completed in 5 days, and price is a major factor. It will help you get accepted if you have a low asking price.

One Page PSD to XHTML conversion
I need a 1 page PSD to XHTML page converted within the next 12 hours.
All markup, CSS, images but be clean and cross browser compatible.
I also need the ability to drop in a flat background hex colour so the background image must be transparent (see attachment)
