Minor changes to design of Wordpress blog and website ASAP

We have some very minor changes needed for a wordpress blog. The changes should be made within the theme of the blog. We just want this done cleanly.

The content of this blog has an adult theme.

Changes:

1) Home Page
- Remove Categories
- remove buttons: details & Visit website
- remove 'editor ranking:'

2) Footer
- Remove all existing text, links and images

I have a current working template running on reelight.smz.dk! to this I have some minor changes.

- New dimensions of featured images
- New placement of featured image
- New setup of recent post in sidebar
- Create new template so choose from within wordpress
