Simple Google Earth API / Java Script mashup
Required skills: Google Earth, HTML, Javascript
This task is composed out of two parts:
1) Make a simple menu to select interactively the kmz-file which should be displayed, when a kmz-file is selected
display it and additionally insert a checkbox to hide the selected kmz in the display.
- There is a pdf-file in the attached data (description_page01.pdf) in which I visualized it in more deail.
- In the google code playground there is a sample for checkboxes:

- In the attached data there are also the html-files on which the screenshots belong. (but without checkboxes!!)
- Also there are the kmz-files which are loaded within the html-files.
For me it´s equal if You provide a solution which loads the "ready" html-files (which means I make them one by one by myself) or if You make a dynamic one which "makes" the html-files by itself (but I would prefer the dynamic one). Please make a not on this point in Your offer.
2) Enable the loaded kmz-file to load more kmz-files, thru a link in the bubble of each point, which are also displayed and also get an checkbox.
There is a pdf-file in the attached data (description_page02.pdf) in which I visualized it in more deail, on the left hand is what I want, on the right hand is shown how it would look like in google earth.
If You load the Bramsche.kmz file to google earth You can play with it by yourself: load additional kmz-files and hide (or display them again) thru the checkboxes in temporary places.
Also I need two "reset" Buttons (just a linked word): one to reload the entire page and one to relaod the page at the state it was when the initial kmz-file was selected.

Simple Project for Vehicle Display on Google Earth
This is a very simple project. This project is for tracking a delivery truck.
Given multiple points in a Microsoft Excel sheet, with each point having its longitude and latitude. A user should be able to see all these given points and the path the truck took using Google Earth.
The freelancer should be able to start immediately and deliver the work within few days.

please look over everything and let me know if you think this is something that can be done through a web based interface/admin panel and what it would cost. the only thing i am not sure about is if google has an api to run search queries so you don't look like a "bot" and have to deal with captcha....

be a form which has a single field called name. This form will than post the name along with latitude and longitude to a mysql database. I am having problems getting the javascript to have the save function post the data to the mysql database.

Tips as to what kind of free source data exists, like county boundaries, populations and so on helpful (not your fault if there isn't any!).
I would hope it can be organised in "layers",so different views/levels of detail and be selected as required.
