Either PHP or ASP.Net is fine...
if its PHP, i need it as XML API (i will pass username and password in query string and it should return the xml with contact list...)

eed it done using the Yahoo and MSN API´s.
We have an urgency on that, but i believe that this will not be a problem once many of you probably already have that code in hands.

Import contacts

SEND 90 MAILS VIA HIS PERSONAL EMAIL ACCOUNT (not our server)

Your task is to add this functionality; so that emails do not need to be send by us but can be send by the users.
