Leasing calculator with CMS

Hello
We need a small website for one campaign.
This will be a Leasing calculator for one car seller in Latvia.
Main idea for this calculator is that it's not plain leasing for car, but together with additional payments that you must do in guarantee time. So if you choose one of those leasings than only thing that you pay for your car besides leasing is Fuel. For example there will be 3 versions.. 1st will include only service payments... 2nd will include also summer/winter tires... 3rd include additional extra repairs and car wash.. So you choose one payment in month and know that all is included.

I will try to write what things is needed:
1-Design for this site (at least 2 sketches for approval)
2-Main thing is some easy understandable car management system, so we can add and remove cars, and to be able to write in all needed parameters and prices for each car.
2.1 - We will fill in car info: A-Car name, B-picture, C-textual info, D-base price.
2.2 - Also Configurations with prices, so full price can be calculated in the end: A-Model, B-Engine(1,9liter / 2,4diesel / etc...), C-Body(3door / 5door / etc...), D-Transmission(manual/auto), E-Complectation extras (normal/medium/full)
2.3 - There is fields where we can enter: our interest percents, and maybe some few other fields with prices or percents so they can be used when full leasing price is calculated.
3-When you open main link all cars are showed in some nice way, and price levels must be easy visible
3.1-Must be possible to make some of them like "Special" products
4-When you click on some car, next page opens up...
5-There is big car picture, name, info and big price. This price changes automatically depending from what user chooses in all dropdown menus. those dropdown menus are those which we inserted in 2nd point.
6-After those dropdown menus there is possibility to change Leasing type: Operational or Finance leasing (one is when after leasing period car is yours, other when after leasing period you can just take other new car.)
7-then client can choose first payment in Percents OR write in Amount
8-Client chooses how much km in year they plan to do on this car...
9-Client chooses how long leasing period will be (3/4/5years)
10-And last chooser.. when you can choose one of 3 Leasing packages. 3 big choices where is visible what is included in each package.
11-after all this client have 3 buttons: a - Generate result page, b - Email results(client writes in email address and results are sent to that adress(in text or PDF format)), c - contact me (client writes his email or telephone and this contact info together with result page is sent to some of our emails so we can contact him about this deal)
In attachment i attached one excel so you can see about how much info is for each car.
In general thats all i know.. Mainly it will be the same as that toyota calculator.
So i need design sketches, design, and all programming to get a working page with posibility for us to add/edit/remove cars.. all info and cars is entered by us..

Forgot to tell about timing.. After i will see some bids and prices I will discuss them with my client and i will accept them next week... and after bids is accepted than it would be cool to finish tish project in 2 to max 3 weeks

The project will be a Flash presentation type but with CMS that will be used in exibitions and alike.
The flash also will run on a 40 inch touchscreen.
The look and feel will need to be like iphone style and all images will be provided.
I have attached a word doc of what i need and a detailed flow chart of storyboard.
It was due for testing next week and needed to finish this week but things went wrong.
