Setup Wordpress 3.2 Multisite - Single Login

We are setting up a network of Wordpress sites and are having a few minor issues with Wordpress 3.2 Multisite Networks
with the added Domain Mapping plugin.
We want to have 1 primary domain working with and without www that redirects to www
and 2 slave wordpress sites off of this one that will also work with and without www and will redirect to www if its requested without.
Freelancer needs to setup and show us how we can facilitate one single sign-on across the network, so if user signs on on one site he/she is signed in across the network.
Bid LOW! - Simple WP setup, no time to do myself due to new wp 3.x features.

This simply means that when a user registers on the website, he/she is also registered to post blog comments and SMF posts with the SAME username.
There should also be capabilities to Edit, Suspend, Delete members, etc.

the script will be same on all subdomains and the same db tables with different db table prefix (each Subdomains will have the same files and code, each will require a login to access the files/listing data)
I want to have just one login for the user to be able to login once and access each area as if they login into each, with login to only any of the Subdomains or a master login
