Moodle 2.1x Development Featured Projects, identified by a label, attract mor
Required skills: MySQL, PHP
We require a Moodle 2.1x system with various modules to be created.
All development is to be carried out in a modular fashion so as not to ‘hack’ the core code to enable future upgrades.
You may use any number of existing Moodle ‘modules’ to achieve the end result.
In some cases we already have fully functioning version of specific functionality as described below but working under Moodle 1.9x in a fairly ‘hacked’ kind of way, so you can use it to help you achieve your final build.
We require updates every 2 days and we expect that you will have a schedule to achieve the end result and are able to demonstrate the functionality as per your schedule.
You will be asked to sign an NDA upon successfully securing this job.
All work must be heavily commented and we expect full functional documentation on all development, particularly the development of modules.
Moodle 2.1.x running on a Linux environment with a MYSQL 5.x database. Environment for development will be provided, all code MUST be added to our SVN repository hourly.
Please read the attached file VERY CAREFULLY for a complete Functional Specification. Take a good look at it, take a few days to figure things out and then make a bid. We are NOT looking for a bargain, we are looking for quality and experience.
You MUST have a proven track record for Moodle module development, we are looking for an on going relationship with either a very talented and hard working individual or a team.
