OUR MAXIMUM BUDGET FOR THIS IS $ 150 - PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A VERY SIMPLE ANIMATION/ILLUSTRATION PROJECT - PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU WANT TO CHARGE MORE THAN $ 150
I need someone who has experience in graphic/illustration design and simple animation. The main emphasis is on illustration as I require a main character for my iphone game for children. I want someone to create a QUALITY character in the form of a turtle. Please do not respond to this advert if you do not have a quality skill set in character illustration, as I have been let down too many times.We have the turtle already sketched and coloured by HAND, all we want someone to do is illustrate this hand sketched turtle on a computer, and make it look nice and clean. The reason we want a quality illustration of the character is because more apps are going to be created under this characters brand, so there will also be more work for the winning bidder.
I am so sorry but I have been let down so many times on here so I will only accept a bid after a sample has been created. Too many designers have claimed to be quality designers and I have paid them money, and they have just let me down by creating really poor characters. So before we even consider you, I require a sample so my time is not wasted and I choose someone who will create what we are looking for.
I also need the designer to have some sort of animation skills so they can animate the turtle to do basic facial movements, and eye movements. Please remember the actual app is completed, all I want the turtle for is the start screen, and the intro scenes before each game level starts. There are 3 levels, and one start screen, and I have the backgrounds for each of these screens already designed. All you have to do is create the turtle, and animate it in a very few frames so it shows the turtle smiling, moving its eyes, and hands etc,. The animation is actually very very basic, and I will use this same animation PNG sequence in all of the 4 screens. There maybe an additional screen where you will have to animate the turtle to jump and do a thumbs up, congratulating the child. If you feel you have the skills to produce my project then I will supply you with full brief.
Here is the outline:
1) Create a quality fun, cute, happy, turtle character that will appeal to children aged 2-5 yrs old
2) For the start screen the turtle will be in a circle frame, and it will just show his head, arms, and upper body. I want you to animate the turtle, so he does basic facial movements so that he does not look static. He looks like he is alive on the start screen. Background will be supplied by us and the background measures 960px x 640px, 72 dpi, landscape format. All you have to do is create the turtle and animate, and provide us with the PNG frame sequence which we will then import into our app, and then loop it so it looks like a continuous animation.
3) Use the same design and animation in step 2 but we need the turtle to be wearing a school cap and school tie
4) Use the same design and animation in step 2 but we need the turtle to be wearing sunglasses
5) Use the same design and animation in step 2 but we need the turtle to have a safari hat and a camera around his neck
6) On the congratulations screen we want to see the whole turtle standing, and then jumping up, and doing a thumbs up. The background of the congratulations screen will be supplied to you, and again this background measures 960px x 640px, 72 dpi, landscape format.
As you can see project is very simple, but there will be more work for the winner as there are more apps going to be released with this turtle character. The design of this turtle is most important to us, and we will accept the bid in terms of quality of design of the actual turtle. The deadline is very very tight, so we need someone who can start straight away.
