Magento expert needed for (several) small jobs

I need a Magento-expert to help me with various small things.
**** Initially I just need you to configure an installation of a theme, where the front-page scroller is not working + I'd like the language-selector to be replaced with a CSS-dropdown of actual flag-icons.
Should take experienced magento-expert with good understanding of JS/css only 1-2 hours.

I'm however really looking for a "co-pilot" to me: Someone interested in working long term, as I manage several Magento stores.
Therefore the skills required are:
- Documented experience with Magento, and various extensions.
- PHP experience + experience with developing for Mangeto's sometimes cumbersome structure.
- XHTML/CSS/JS understanding, to make various smaller graphical corrections.

Magento expert needed for import CSV file
e CSV files contains the suppliers products information and stock.
What we need is a Magento expert that can adjust the CSV file in way that
it can be imported in Magento. Now the CSV files are not accepted by Magento
because of the current structure.
We will need the CSV file layout ofcourse, so the client can do it theirselves
in the future.
Should be an easy and quick job for a Magento expert.

It does with both "bank transfer" and "ean" - so can you please check the cart module, see if it does something wierd?
why it does not sent any confirmation email if I choose this payment option ?

Magento Expert needed for simple module
In backend I need the ability to add gifts and inventory per gift (basically just like any other product) set/change the overall cost user has to pass to qualify for free gift. Enable/disable some of the gifts or all.
