Youtube keyword Research Tool with Video Creation

I am looking for a simple software that can research on youtube videos and create video slide shows that output mp4 videos. The slides will be based on images, text, keywords (ie names of videos), and mp3 audio files (music, etc.) that can be combined to create bulk videos to be uploaded to sites like YouTube.

Bulk Slideshow Video Creation Software features
Details - (This may seem like a lot because I'm trying to be as detailed as possible)
1) Be able to create bulk videos by dragging in images from desktop folder or uploading images from desktop
2) Be able to add mp3 files (music, sound, voice)
3) Be able to add text to appear throughout the videos. For example, short paragraphs that appears throughout the video as part of the sales message.
4) Be able to select size of the output video (mp4) both manually (user-defined) or standard YouTube sizes.
5) Add keywords so that if you add 10 keywords then 10 videos will be created so you get keyword1.mp4, keyword2.mp4, etc.
6) Must require the user to login - such as an email and password or activation code to prevent people from easily sharing or cracking.
So, the idea is people can create simple yet nice looking videos similar to using Windows Movie Maker but do it in mass/bulk, do it easily by adding images, text/keywords, sound/mp3s.
7) Ability to have multiple screen transitions such as: fades, bouncing, stretching, etc. 3 or 4 transitions is fine.
8) Ability to watermark videos - maybe this is just a .png file/image they add.
9) Ability to select video length so if you upload 10 keywords which will produce 10 videos, and you select 40 seconds, then each video will be 40 seconds long. Or ability to let video be length of audio. Not sure how that would work yet so I need your expertise and guidance.
10) Ability to select how long each slide shows, e.g. 2 seconds. Also, the ability to select how long the last slide shows, e.g. 5 seconds.
So, if you select the video to be 40 seconds, and you have 10 slides, and each slide you select to be 2 seconds long, that's 20 seconds so the final image (e.g. watermark.png) would be 20 seconds. Something like that.
11) Ability to add one or more YouTube sign in details and be able to upload the videos to YouTube using keywords, url, description, etc. have to be proxy features, just a simple uploaded.
*** I'm open to discuss any of the above. So, if you have advice on ways to simplify any details, that's fine :)
Please find attached a text file with links to a couple of sample sites offering similar products. I don't expect my bulk video creator to be as robust as theirs but it should have many of the same functions.
