What I need and require:
A iOS programmer to program a simple photo browsing application containing pictures of attractive women. The layout can be very simple. The entire package has to be written bottom up including the icon. There needs to be a title page with a background picture. Buttons on the title page linking to various groups of pictures. The infrastructural of the application can be relatively simple, just next
and previous buttons and buttons to navigate within the application.
What I already have:
Some pictures to be put inside and an outline for the icons. Nothing concrete
Other requirements:
Preferably someone with experience in selling iOS applications on the apple app store. A very lucrative marketing strategy has to be developed in order to lure the masses into believing that this is an 18+ application. The idea is to sell a sexy application.
Specific expertise:
iOS application development. Searching up pictures
and my budget for this project is 100-150 $
so if anybody is ready with this budget than put the bid otherwise not.

. what needs to be done is as simple as this:
Paris.picture1.jpg .you need to create folders holding city names and write picture path, I need 24 path meaning I would upload 24 pictures in each folder. number of folder would be around 18. the bgcolor of the application needs to be changed also
a job that won t take more than one hour for people who are used to flash
