stochastic divergence indicator with email alert for MT4

I need an Stochastic indicator for metatrader 4 that spots divergence and issue a visual alert on the screen and send an email when the divergence occurs.
I must be able to choose the timeframes that I want it to send me the alerts
there are some Stochastic divergence idicators available on the web but none of them send alerts

This is a straight forward project that I would like to have completed in 1 to 2 days once a coder is selected to complete this alert. Im looking to test how this alert works to see if it could be turned into an EA, so the coder to complete the job would also be first choice to do the EA

RSI indicator for MT4(metatrader)
need indicator which will look for divergence on Stoch:
price makes high/low -confirmed with stoch 20/80 reading, if price retraces and stochastic goes to 20/80 reading but price does not go to the high/low from the first reading I get pop up window with information plus there will be mark on chart above the bar which it occurred. the indicator has to check 4 time frames for signal on the chart it will be placed.
