Navigation Menu and Layered Navigation on Magento

Hi,
we want to build our Navigation Menu and our Layered Navigation new.
We actually have Magento Enterprise 1.11.
We want an attribute and brandpage for the Layered Navigation.
Some Attributes should have Despription as a Seo Texte and Banner or an Static Block.
Brands Page for all Brands and also Logo include on List and View.
In the View also a Link to the the Brand from the product.
Also the Brands should on Category have an own Seo Texte and a Banner.
This Problem for the Category Brand Seo Texte we want to solve with Seo Text that was saved as Static block
like: ID = SEO-Category1-Brand, or SEO-Category11-Brand2
Also we want on the attribut pages or brand pages Meta Tags, Robots, Cannonical Url
We want SEo Url rewrites for the filters. But directly URL not like:www.example.com/I/filter1
directly means: www.example.com/filter
A Brand overview Page with all Brands.
A Filter on the Brand Page to categories. Like: www(.)zalando.co(.)uk/brands/
We want like zalando(.)co.uk a gender Switcher.
Also the top menu and left menu should switch when the user choose a gender.
Please look at this site and tell me if you have understand the logical construction from the gender switcher.
We would send a detail for seo requirment for the layered navigation.
We want that this Extension build with support from our developer.
There can be complications and I think changes likely result in the job takes longer than planned.
Please note that we want so much control as possible from the backend, so this order is somehow not something for beginners Magento.
We need proper Magento professionals understand the logical structure and revenue sources, this also can.

Navigation Menu With Images
nu using menu item images. Each main menu item will be an image. When you put your mouse over this image, a rollover image should display and a drop down menu will appear.
I have attached two files so you will understand quickly what I need.
I will provide you with the html file with sliced images. I will also provide you with the images for each menu item.
The final product should be viewable in all browsers with no problems.

Css Based Navigation Menu And Icons

Thesis 1.8 and Wordpress 3.0 Navigation Menu Problem
ed for this job is for someone to figure out why the Top Navigation menu disappears every time a subscriber logs into the site. I can provide any details needed to help. Also, inside the Thesis site options, if I select "Thesis Nav Menu" the menu doesn't disappear after login. However, the one I need to use is the "Wordpress Nav Menu" and that one does disappear after login.

Fix Urls Of Images And Text In Navigation Menu
I moved my shopping cart script to a new domain and host. There is a navigation menu in the center content area. The first part of the URLs must be changed to the new domain. The last part of the URLS can stay the same. The images must be made to show and the links must be corrected. $ 5 for this.

Custom top navigation menu with active states - Magento
this for category based menus but it seems to be quite difficult for CMS pages and other pages. We have been using the Nav bar administrator extension to create our top menu but have not found a way to allow for active states using that extension. We are open to other solutions.
If you can create a top navigation menu that will show active states across our sites then this is a job for you.
