you need to implement the below logic in what ever language you like, preferably perl
This is just an enhancement to current project.
***** Requirement begin *****
you manage with api calls and get order history information from amazon and ebay
they provide api feature which is easy to do it. For website i can prepare sql so you can execute.
1. manage shipping based on inventory - our inventory and dropship inventory
example: if our inventory is zero then you need to go to the
matching drop-ship sku and ship the product. if drop-ship inventory is zero
then we will hold the record and do not ship and put it to a "pending" folder where we will hold records and do a followup
follow same rules for pending folder as orders folder. means handling duplicates.
2. allow to manage our-sku and dropship sku in the same mapping file
3. login to each site(ebay,amazon,dropship) and generate the files on daily basis or once every hour and prepare shipping files for input ( you can use ebay and amazon api to do this) simple api call
4. after final-shipping files are created for dropship and teapplix
now we use them to load to teapplix and dropship
5. Once loaded files to teapplix and dropship we need to take the
tracking numbers from dropship site and teapplix site and update in 3 shopping cart websites and googlecheckout.com, paypal.com, ebay.com, amazon.com depending on where the orders generated.
6. there are some products which have 2 or 3 skus matching if this is identified in the orders then you will send email
to customer with custom template. this is the case for website orders
updating 3 websites... is just executing a SQL
and that will change status and post tracking number
but for updating tracking number in paypal and googlecheckout, ebay, amazon we need to execute a api call that will do it

Data processing program which reads from .csv files
The job would be to write a data processing program which reads from .csv files located on an ftp server and convert those datas and pictures into a format which can be shown on an html page.
The details of the job are in the attached file.

Bulk Processing Of Csv Files
Search for that keyword phrase in the remaining column in the csv file:
- if found, move it up to ROW 1 (making sure to delete that empty row)
- if not found, add it to ROW 1 (i.e. insert row at beginning and add the keyword phrase)
Save the file into a specified folder (a subfolder in current directory)
Repeat with rest of CSV files in directory
This can be done in Windows or on a server (PHP or whatever).
See attached CSV files for example.

- Program should ignore/strip out any occurence of - in model numbers in the source files for compatibility across different pricelists. For example it should understand that Q-6000A is the same as Q6000A

CSV files processing
ile + _1, the second csv file has the added csv file + _2, and so on. The result csv file is stored on the same repertory of the added csv file added, for example if the first csv file is keyword.csv, the result csv files are keyword_1.csv, keyword_2.csv and so on (if the result csv filename already exists in the repertory just overwrite it).

Phase 1:
We have 22 csv files which contain upto 50mb (per csv) of data that needs to imported into a SQL 2005 database. Need someone to look at the current setup and either amend or create the tables and import the data.

Create scripts that will query a location for a new file, if found, create new records or update existing records in the DB.

Add an option on the tool to enter manually the phrase keyword, and all the developper key id to access the API, and return the best combination on the tool (for testing purposes).
For each CSV, multithreads should be run to handle simultaneously the entries of the CSV, when a CSV is completed, handle the second one if any, and so on.
The program could be written with .NET, and any programming language is ok.
