simple code - u copy I paste

I am working with iWeb, and I have a fillable form ready to go. What I would like is a way that it can be sent directly to me without popping up the senders email. just send directly. I don't need to know their email necessarily. If there is a code that I could write in the top level. I would also like a few suggestions on how I can improve my website. The most important thing is I must have control over the site at all times, and I can't forward any information to a third party processing center.

So at 30 dollars for the entire project I seem that will get some bids and this job to be taken very easily, which includes work in the future if you like what you are doing which I would create a weekly quota which will take very quick to accomplish every day and will be a nice easy bonus with the gas prices and everything.
