I am looking for someone who can build a talent and agency database.
The website must be a WORDPRESS platform and has online PAYPAL payment integration system for talents and clubs / agencies. It should also be SEO optimized.

PAYING USERS:
Can view all the pages listed above
Can create a profile
Can choose to pay for different types of packages
Can choose to pay more to be featured on the home page
Can see audition listings
Can see other talent profiles
Can upload CV, link videos or performances
Can apply for auditions
Can send in resumes to agencies
BEFORE SIGNING IN:
Home page layout should look creative and professional.
The theme should look fresh and lively
It should have "APPLY NOW" or "JOIN NOW" button for talents and agencies to show different packages offered
It should have a sign in or log in form
Website should be linked to Facebook and Twitter
It should have a few stock images of talents who are featured.
AFTER SIGNING IN:
The signed in pages should have different categories of talents
The signed in pages should classify different types of agencies looking for talents
Agencies should be able to post a casting or audition call.
The signed in pages should have a gallery of pictures of talents
I already have the domain and wordpress uploaded onto the server. So please do not bid ridiculous prices

Wordpress database restore
hed wordpress database was probably hacked. Dumped DB was imported into a fresh wordpress installation without success. Tables need to be evaluated, possibly cleaned, and then imported (unless there's another reason is found for the crash.)
Symptom: page is found but no data is written to the page. No php error is displayed and direct login as admin shows blank page as well. No stored db backups are old enough to reverse the issue.

Yet again, I have made a mess of my blog and need the backup file to be restored.
I recently did a backup for my WordPress blog using the "WordPress Database Backup" plugin. I tried restoring the .sql file, but when I went back to my blog I get a blank Web page.
