hello
i want to create a website about roms and video games, i have some html php and joomla skills but i am not very professional, i need some one to create the website for me at time when i prepare the content.
- the bidder will buy the web hosting space (6 or 12 month) i don't know how much space i will need i prefer unlimited space - no free hosting.
- i will provide the domain name
- the design must be simple and attractive i can accept free templates but it should be professional and attractive
- SEO friendly
- i will put the content by my self but for the home page i will gave the introduction and you will optimize the page
- maximum budget 110£ - 176 $ -
i want a professional to do this i can accept beginner freelancers, i will pay millstones but full payment after satisfaction.

Important - unfortunately I don't have any pictures for the site, so whoever wins the bidding will have to provide them (I can pay for 2-3 pics from Istockphoto but you will have to provide some more pictures for a basic gallery.

2. In the header the opportunity for people to enter their email address in.
3. Option for LIVE chat if possible. Which we can turn off or on within admin
Should be a very quick easy project.

Simple joomla website with a forum is requested. The forum will be the core on the webpage. The forum extension used should be Kunena. Design should be simple and clean.

1) get Community Builder (Joomlopolis) properly installed and running correctly - necessary funcionality includes user email messaging, comments and a forum.
2) refresh/replace existing database (mySQL) with backup
3) check security settings / options, and make minor adjustments if necessary
I'm guessing this will involve a couple hours of work, which is good for me because my budget is slim!

Really easy stuff and I'd figure it out myself but I don't have the time right now. It will be a simple 5 or 6 page site with a profile page where member profiles will be added as needed. I'll also need instructions in a PDF explaining how to add new member profiles manually in the future.
I don't have access to the server it's going on right now, so we will need to work with a test server and I'll also need instructions about how to get it up on my server.
