Data Entry - Video Game Sprite Upload

I am looking for a freelancer to do some data entry on the independent video game project Xenonauts. The work is not difficult, but it is time consuming. We are rendering a lot of frames of animations out and these need to be formed into spritesheets and added into the appropriate game directory.

There is a free third-party program (which we will provide links to) which creates the spritesheets automatically, but each spritesheet needs different names and usually x and y offset values. Creating each spritesheet is a quick process (maybe 30 seconds - 1 min each), but the program is not particularly stable so it frequently has to be restarted and the spritesheets have to be checked to ensure they are not warped by a crash.

Each weapon / armour combination in the game has its own set of spritesheets, and there are 16 animations for each rendered from 8 different directions, so 128 total spritesheets to be generated for each weapon /armour combination. Please quote a price per 100 weapon / armour combinations (so per 128 spritesheets). There are several hundred weapon / armour combinations to go in the game over the next few months.

The skills needed are simply good enough English to understand my written instructions, and the attention to detail to get the spritesheet set up correctly each time. Provided the contractor show they are able to do this, I will simply be looking for the lowest price per weapon / armour combination.

Attached are the full step-by-step instructions on how to install the sprite creation program and create the spritesheets, which includes a sample archive for 1 weapon / armour combination so you can test how long the task will take to perform. As stated above, please quote a price for processing 100 of these weapon / armour combinations.
