Excel Database Entry of Trivia Questions/Answers

Hi,
I am a trivia night host who has just had an Access/Excel database created by a Freelancer.com.au user. With this front-end/quiz generator completed, I am now in need of a data entry specialist who can begin entering my backlog of questions that I've compiled over the years.
This project contains approximately 5000 questions. Each question needs to be assigned one of 7 categories and one of 7 question types. The category will need to be decided on by the successful bidder based on the question content. The question type will already be assigned in the quizzes that are emailed to you. Question category and type will be chosen from a pull-down menu in that questions row.
The questions will be emailed to you in Word format. This makes most of this job a copy/paste operation. A 2 monitor set-up would probably be ideal.
It will be very important for the successful bidder to be in daily communication as I would like to review the work done after every day.
If there are any questions that the successful bidder is unsure how to categorise, I would require the questions to be emailed at the end of every day so that I can review them and categorise them as needed.
This is a project that would suit someone who is able to:-
- Use Excel confidently
- Be accurate with English spelling, punctuation, grammar etc. English as a first language preferred.
- Make accurate and appropriate question category/type decisions
- Remove duplicate questions if/when they appear. This point is important as the front-end randomly generates the quiz and whilst I will review the quiz before using it, I need to minimise the work as much as possible.
Ideally the successful bidder would also have a genuine love for trivia. It would make this job MUCH more enjoyable!!

While this job begins with around 3000-5000 thousand questions, there is further work for another 3000-5000 once this initial round is complete and checked off.

Excel Data Entry 60-90 Minutes
) and start with the keywords that are not in yellow (those are keywords aleady used start with) and just copy/paste each keyword into each title box. There is 157 more to go.
Need this done TODAY (it's 3:15am CST USA) so in next 12-18 hours. You must have Yahoo and Skype as well to be able to talk on with me if need be.

Copy/paste Excel Data Entry
Person must have email address and Skype to give me to communicate with. Once part 1 is done you will be paid in full for that before starting part 2, then once part 2 is done payment in full.
Also if this goes well, I will need someone to also enter each glossary term into website system in the next week or so.

Australian Accountant Excel Database
the results only show up to 100 of the results. Therefore you will have to filter the data alphabetically by the 'Company Name' i.e search AA, then AB, then AC... BB, BC, BD. within the 'Company Name' of each result is a link to further details for the company which details the email, phone numbers, address etc to be extracted and put into the excel database.

l have a client with a custom ASP shopping cart who wants to change over to Zencart. There are approx 9000 products in approx 20 categories.
l can only find a database on the clients FTP server - can this database be exported into excel preserving all of the product information? It is an .mdb file, there is also an .ldb file.
Need an expert to help - maybe there is another way of exporting everything?
