Task is simple: I need convert a Joomla website to wordpress
I will provide the design and a clean wordpress installation, it's up to you to transfer the data over (there are several dozens of articles), install plugins and set up widgets to reproduce old behavior, including site columns, site link architecture etc.
The site also has a few recurring ads here and there and I'd need you to install some ad-management plugin to keep track of it (we're talking privately bought banners, manually added, although I wouldn't mind an automated system integrated with paypal)

Of utmost importance: I want the new URLs to be SEO-friendly (for example: mysite.com/article-title) and I need you to install the "redirect" plugin, and carefully redirect every old URL to the new SEO-friendly one using 301 redirects
This is absolutely necessary and I won't award any bids, nor pay if it's not finished 100%

Please note I always have several projects underhand, and I'd prefer to find a cheap, flexible and very reliable wordpress expert to work together in future projects (read: I'm looking for a long term relationship)
