I want a simple site where advertisers and publishers can join and do business.
I prefer if you have an existing site.I don't need any traffic, just need a turnkey site.
I don't want you to build any software, I'm trying to find an ad network script but it's too much work for me to try and test.I want a quick site that looks like a real site with all functionality.

So the code must get all the unique words with the amount of repetitions for each one and then return the 20 (or the amount set in the script) with more repetitions.
Script must avoid words with 3 characters.
It must be super fast as it will be used in an ad network and we need to show ads as fast as possible.

Basically if 100 webmaster supply us with cpanel accounts, we will have 100 nodes the hosting network can use.
So if we add this to WHMCS and sell a package for say 20 c class ips, when a customer purchases it we just give them access to provided cpanel accounts, but we limit it to their domain names.
Please let me know if you understand this project as its really hard to explain
