Warriorplus Like Site Needed. Shopping Cart Script

I am looking to offer a service like warriorplus.com has. A shoppingcart script that is made to work with the warriorforum.com WSO section.
Here is the main features of what the site should do for the user side:
Have your WSOs delivered automatically - By digital delivery from uploading a file or by specifying a download link URL.
Place a "Buy Now" button directly in your WSO - Generates the BB forum code to place the buy now button right on your warriorforum post.
Automatically change the price of your WSO based on # of sales - If you set this to increase the price every 5 sales by $ 5. then it will automatically increase the price by $ 5 every 5 sales.
Auto-updating Buy Now button when price changes
Limit the quantity available to purchase.
See statistics on views, clicks, sales, refunds and more
Protect your products with automatic link protection
Track downloads and ip addresses to make sure your product is not being shared
Automatic "BUMP" notification when your WSO gets to page 3 - Detects how far down on the thread your WSO is and what page # it is on.
See Paypal transaction details with just 1 click
Advanced users: Forward Paypal IPN data to your own server
Email subscribers from each sale. Each sale gets opted into your email so that way users can send a email out in the future to their past buyers.
Sell License / Activation Codes - Have software or membership site that requires an activation or license code? Automatically get this information to your buyers.
Download Blocking - Block any sale from being downloaded in case you detect fraud or sharing of links.

3. Email users
4. Sales tracking. Track the # of sales, total amounts, how many active users, how many active WSO buttons are being used, track how much revenue has been generated from all users combined, track total # of sales from all users combines.
That is about it. There is allot of features but all pretty simply done.
Please bid if you have past experience with working on Ecommerce or shopping cart scripts. This can be built off any existing cart and be edited to handle what I need it to do.

Note - I imagine it will take time to code how the website finds the card from each different website, so maybe we can start with me giving you just 3 or 5 different online vendors. Then after the project is done and I want to expand, I can hire you later to add more online vendors to the website.

Coder Needed to set up a Shopping Cart Script
d a shopping cart script and set it up. I have several scripts in mind example Zen Cart which is easily customizable and is available free on the web.
My budget cannot exceed $ 40, however I will pay a monthly maintenance fee to constantly upgrade and tweak the script.

Customize existing shopping cart script (paypal based)

Most of the changes will be minor additions and not changing the main functionality of the script.

For example, if an user wants to buy a mp3 song titled "Freelancer" and adds it to the shopping cart, what appears in the cart is just "ID: 3535 Mp3", not the title.
So, what I'd like to change is that when an user adds an item to the cart, the item should appear in the shopping cart as "Freelancer Mp3".

ake a list of products on both websites. We had a script but it stopped working when one of the websites changed structure. We can furnish a copy of the old script in .asp. The old script can be rewritten or a new script created as long as the data is out-putted into a database or spreadsheet so that the two websites products can be compared. I need someone to build be a fully functional ecommerce site with shopping cart integration. We will be building an online store. I will need to be able to add/edit new project from an online admin.

The online quote system was very helpful with the customer getting a total price incl shipping and we got a notice as well
The customer also had a contact us where they could ask us questions

- A setup page that allows me to set max orders for each day of week.
- When max orders reached, a notice goes up on homepage that we are fully booked for that day. And directs customers to call to enquire but store disallows online order
