UPS XML 10002 Time in Transit Error (CRE Loaded/OsCommerce)

This project is for the repair of UPS XML Time in Transit Error 10002.
I currently have several carts that have the same error based on the package dimensions (which is turned off in CRE Loaded B2B). The user does not see or know of the error, however the admin email box is bombarded with these error notifications.

I am looking to remove the generation of this error, or repair the issue entirely. If you have addressed this issue previously, this would be a quick project for you.
I am hoping to have this complete by EOD tomorrow. Again, the requirement is the repair of this issue on ONE SITE, I will then replicate the change on the other sites that I operate. I will be able to give you full access to the server via a teamviewing session where we will work together to complete this change. I have already isolated the origin of this error, but just cannot seem to be able to Zap this bug.

UPS API Integration

The project will need a Winforms application that will create the object, and call EACH API with the parameters needed.
This project must be done in Visual Studio 2008 using C# and 3.5 .net framework.

Once the contribution is working, make sure the best seller feature on column_right.php won't conflict this one and is showing the same result.
These issues are not difficult to experienced programmer. I could probably fix it if I have enough time. But I need it to resolve fast.

UPS Advanced XML Module
packages to the [Package Settings] via the advanced module. It all works fine with "ready-to-ship" and without the dimensional calculator, but when I enable the dimensions calculator I get the error. My packages I ship are larger than normal so it gives incorrect shipping charges.
