Audio and Video Manager Module for Joomla Websites

We require a sermon management module to be created for us and I will explain is as plain English as possible so that I communicate our requirements clearly.
We do websites for churches and Joomla is our preferred platform. These churches have audio and video sermons to upload to their website so that their church members can go and listen to or watch the videos after the service. There will even be a download facility for those who want to watch on other devices.
The problem is that the Joomla back end is a bit clumsy and difficult for non technical people so the first requirement that we have is that we want a module to be created so that if someone with administrator rights is logged into the website, he can upload and manage audio and video files from the front end and not have to go to the Joomla back end.
The sermon manager module will have a user friendly interface where admin can click on “Add Sermon” button which takes him to a page within the website from which he can specify whether it is an audio or video file (maybe with a radio button) , click on a browse button to upload the file, and fill in the details of the media file from a simple to use form. The details of the media file to be filled in will include Title of sermon, Name of speaker and the date of the sermon (the date should be pulled from a little calendar that will appear like when booking for hotels so that the administrator does not even need to fill in the date, he just clicks on the date to select it). The form will also have a description box to allow entry of short description of the sermon. There will be a section to define a bible reference for the sermon by providing a three drop down menus in a row – 1) Bible Chapter 2) From verse, 3) to verse. A button captioned “Add Reference” will be available by the side of the first row of reference drop down menus which when clicked will produce another row of three drop down menus for a second bible reference to be added to the sermon.
Once all of the details for the sermon media has been filled, there will be a button captioned “Publish “ which will publish it live on the website. What that means is that the sermon will now be listed in row format on the sermon page for the website visitors to see and execute actions a required. There will also be a save button which save the media file and its parameters but will not publish it live.
There will be audio icon, video icon and download icon to choose from. The listing will display the parameters that have been entered i.e. Title of the sermon in bold larger font followed by speaker’s name and the date. A button captioned “More” will display more information about the file via slider. The more button will turn to “Less” when the slider is in expanded position. When “Less” is clicked, the information on the sermon media compresses and is hidden.
The administrator will not be doing anything at all from the Joomla back end. In fact, there will be no need to see the back end as far as sermon audio and video management is concerned. An administrator will also be able to delete a sermon or edit its details.
MEDIA FILE LOCATIONS
We intend to store audio files on our own server but video files will be stored on vimeo servers on a Vimeo PRO or PLUS account. Therefore this module will need to be able to upload videos to a vimeo server (or an account) and then return allow the embedded file to be displayed on our website on a video player page when the link to the video is clicked.
The audio sermon will work normally from our own server.
We would expect that anybody who bids for this project has done it before and can produce a demo or prove it. This is because we require a proven component or an expert that can test the module properly before deploying it to us. We will own the code fully and should be easy to reinstall on other websites.
