Create articles framework for Wordpress website

I'm building a website on Costa Rica and need help creating an outline of the articles that must be written for the website.
I need you to create one article, with a headline only, on my website, for 300 different subjects. I will later hire article writers to write the actual articles. I need this framework of article titles, so that the articles that are written later can have many links within them to the URLs for other articles. So, those articles must already exist.
The articles must have the correct Wordpress CATEGORIES for each one.
The articles will include:
All popular Animal Species in Costa Rica, as shown from these websites: (Put in Category Animals and plus sub-category Mammals, Reptiles, Amphibians, Birds or Insects

This is all pretty easy because you just have to put the correct title and correctly put the right category, and then move on to the next one. Perhaps total there will be 300-400 wordpress Posts and it doesn't take more than 1-2 minutes to do each one, depending on your internet connection speed.
If you want this job, please explain to me why you think you can do it and show me that you understand what I'm trying to do and why. If you want to help write the articles when it's ready, let me know as well since we will need 300-400 researched articles for each of these written after this is done.
