HTML5 GPS Tracker App
Looking for somebody to develop an HTML5 app that records GPX data from smartphones.
Should be able to work offline aswell.
Once data is recorded it will be sent to a server.
I dont know the capabilities and limitations of HTML5 and GPS activity.

ut. The design works on 3v as most gsm/gps modules can work well in this range. The tracker must support 4 sim cards but only 1 gsm will be used at one time. Pls qoute me your rough designing fees

iphone & Windows Mobile GPS Tracking App
and the phone is turned off I want the app to auto start when the phone is powered back up. If the phone is out of 3G coverage(no signal) I want the positions to be stored on the phone until it is back into signal coverage and then send the stored positions.
