We require a Google Adsense developer to build an Adsense website which will generate at least $ 50 per day. The project payment will only be released once this income has been proven for at least one month. We are looking for a “managed service” approach to this project, requiring a long term relationship. If you cannot delivery this task, then please do not bid. Some SEO and link building work may also be needed. Again, please only bid if you are able to meet this, as payment will only be released once this income has been proven for at least 30 days.
Our Requirements:-
1. You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. Website should be developed using Wordpress or any other CMS you recommend.
2. Please provide a project plan before starting the project for how you will approach this
3. The website must contain unique content with unique posts/articles for one year (1 article/week), meaning 52 articles (Optional) but at least 30-40 articles that are not published yet
4. Must be original and SEO optimised with keywords used frequently
5. SEO Marketing as required
6. Must be a standalone website
7. No autoblog!
8. It will be your responsibility to select a niche for the website. Select any niche except for adult, pharmacy, violence, gambling as these are not acceptable sites. YOU MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100%.
9. It will be your responsibility to select a domain name – we will purchase the domain name ourselves.
10. All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing
11. Must contain related images to niche topic – use of royalty free images is highly desirable
12. Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads
13. Unique organic traffic (no bots, no systems or bought traffic)
14. Must be Adsense optimized
15. Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as Adsense
16. You'll have to do proper SEO work that will generate unique organic traffic (no bots or bought traffic) and link building
17. Traffic driven must be 100% white hat.
18. Remember no black hat methods, only white hat
19. Design must attract people to click on the ads - must be optimized for Google Adsense
20. You cannot use the site as reference work or in your portfolio
21. You cannot place your name or your firm name anywhere on the site or the code.
22. Please ensure that I shall be able to receive payment from Adsense to my PayPal account.
23. Finished website must be installed on my hosting

What to include in your bid:-
1. At least two site links you have successfully completed that are generating at least $ 100 through Google Adsense.
2. Please let me know how you plan to generate traffic to the website using ONLY legal, white hat SEO methods that fall within the AdSense terms of service agreement.
3. The niche topic of the website and the domain name that you choose MUST be approved by me prior to you beginning work!
4. Please include “I love Google” so I know you have read and understood this brief.
Payment Schedule:-
For this project to be a success, the Adsense website must generate at least $ 50 per day at the end of month 1. If you are successful, I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER I see constant income in my Adsense account. I will hold the payment for 30 days until this has been confirmed. No partial payments - sorry! When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full.
Revenue Share Schedule:-
As part of our managed service revenue share agreement, at the end of each month after that we will pay you 10% of the total earnings for that month – the more traffic and revenue you bring into the site, the greater your share.
If this project is a success, we are very interested in sourcing at least 2-5 similar websites from you every month.
