We are building a web application which will allow end users create mobile phone applications for visitors. How much is this complicated and expensive for me? it's a small local project for a charity and I need it to be done in the next three months, but I am just not sure is it affordable, depending of the sum of the bandwith needed for operating this kind of app, and that is variable costs. What about your fixed costs for creating this apps and website with the interface to upload this .txt and .jpeg...?
