Data Feed Aggregator Panel for Affiliates

We are a beta affiliate network which is using hasoffers.com platform. We need to give a service which enables to create (user-generated) custom data feed application (panel) for our publishers Therefore they may create comparison sites, online stores, deal aggregator sites etc. with their affiliate tracking links auto-included.
It will use Hasoffers api (this is our affiliate network software) so it may pull the data from necessary fields dynamically. (such as affiliate id, trackink_link etc.)
It will use feeds of merchants to collect data (xml mainly ) There will be multiple merchant customers on our network (ecommerce, deals, dating sites, etc. ) So they may have different format of feeds. On aggregation part i assume that it won’t make any inconsistency. It must work stable.
This is my general description, i will tell you exactly what i want on pages with a screencasting later.
I need to learn how many days do you need to complete this job. Applicants who share their portfolio is preferable. Thank you.
